Just to give an idea of where I am coming from, I used this calculator when I was doing my master's in electrical engineering. It has all the basic and advanced mathematical functions for your engineering needs. It will not draw a graph but that is kind of a good thing. Gadgets should be used as an aid to learning not to do my work. Leaving my philosophical comments aside this is a great cheap product, it never failed me and it is still running great, even after not using it for a few months and keeping it out of light. One more point of interest is that of the more advanced and hence more expensive calculators are not allowed to used during exams but this one is fine.
I recommend this product if you want the necessary functions with a low cost with none of the frills attached.
