(More customer reviews)My interest in this particular model is that I needed a scientific calculator that does "pretty print" and also has the definite integral function and works on solar power, one that isn't graphing so it's relatively light and small, and one that isn't from Casio, because the second scientific calculator I ever owned, a Casio fx-5000F, (dating myself here), fell apart on me within two months of purchase, and that (probably unjustifiably) soured me on Casio forever. I took a chance on a used Sharp EL-W516 from a private Amazon seller, and it certainly fits the bill. As an aside, I got it earlier than expected and it was in even better condition than the seller suggested.

The ELW516B scientific calculator by Sharp performs over 535 scientific functions and has seven different modes. It features WriteView technology which displays formulas as they are written in textbooks eliminating any confusion on how to enter each formula into the calculator.
